Project Description
Phase 1 is now open and in use, with phases 2 & 3 under construction. Tenants include the Universities of Stirling and Aberdeen and the UHI Millennium Institute, as well as NHS and private sector companies.
The main challenge Synergie faced for this project was the sensitivity of the site within the hospital estate, which included limitations due to emergency helicopter flight path requirements and the resolution of multi-tenancy issues.
The project was finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Phases 2 & 3 are due for completion in April and October 2008 respectively.
