Project Description:
Construction of a light industrial unit, with a 30/70 split of office and production space. The lengthy design period reflects the bespoke nature of this facility which was successfully resolved within a carefully landscaped site. The brief included the need to extend the roads and utilities within the business park to reach the site, staff and visitor parking to the front and service access to the rear. The project was completed on time and below budget and lead to the master planning of the remaining areas of the business park.
