Synergie Forge Ahead with Energy Performance Certification
The scheme, approved by the Scottish Buildings Standards Agency, qualifies individuals and organisations to certify non-domestic building designs as having met the requirements of the Building Regulations (Section 6 Energy) and the Mandatory Functional Standards, enabling them to issue Energy Performance Certificates for the properties.

We are also proud that one of our staff, Heather Moorhead, scored the highest marks in the most recent assessment test which I suppose could make her the leading assessor in Scotland”
